About Eonix
Eonix is a Sri Lanka-based precision manufacturing studio specialising in FDM and SLA 3D-printed parts for the automotive aftermarket and hobby industry. We combine engineering-grade filaments with CAD-optimised designs to produce replacement and performance parts that meet or exceed OEM tolerances.
Our Process
Design & CAD
Every part starts from reference geometry or customer-supplied measurements. We model in SolidWorks and validate with FEA.
Material Selection
We choose from PETG-CF, ASA, PLA+, TPU, and engineering resins depending on the application's heat, flex, and UV requirements.
Print & QC
Parts are printed on industrial FDM and SLA machines, then undergo dimensional inspection before dispatch.
Ship & Support
We ship worldwide via registered courier. Every order includes a 30-day fitment guarantee.
