Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Fitment Guarantee

If an automotive part does not fit as described in the product listing, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full reprint or refund. No questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account, open a support ticket referencing your order number, and describe the issue. Attach photos of the fitment problem. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Condition of Returns

Parts must be returned in their original condition — unmodified, uncut, and unpainted. We cannot accept returns of parts that have been post-processed or altered.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank transfer refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Custom Parts

Made-to-order and custom parts are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or dimensional error on our part.

Defective Items

Manufacturing defects (layer delamination, significant warping, wrong dimensions) are covered regardless of the 30-day window. Contact us with photos and we will sort it out.
