We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), placing an order (delivery address, phone number), and when communicating with our support team. We also collect order and browsing data to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfil orders, send order status updates, respond to support requests, and improve our product catalogue. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security
Authentication is handled by Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant platform. Payment processing uses PCI-DSS compliant providers. We store only the minimum data necessary to operate the service.
4. Cookies
We use only functional cookies required for authentication and cart persistence. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@eonix.lk. Account deletion removes all personal data from our systems within 30 days.
