1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on eonix.lk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Products & Orders
All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment if stock is unavailable.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and US Dollars (USD); the displayed currency can be toggled at any time. Local Sri Lanka prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable on delivery. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash on delivery for eligible local areas. Payment must be completed before dispatch for non-COD orders.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order parts are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on eonix.lk — including product designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the property of Eonix and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Eonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the latest revision is shown above.
