Processing Time
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items require 5–10 business days for production before dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide via registered courier. Local Sri Lanka orders in Colombo & Western Province may qualify for same-day or next-day delivery — contact us to confirm.
Estimated Delivery
After dispatch, local Sri Lanka delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for most districts and up to 5 days for remote areas. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from the Orders section of your account.
Shipping Charges
Local Sri Lanka: flat-rate shipping of LKR 350 applies to all orders under LKR 5,000, with free shipping on orders of LKR 5,000 and above. International: rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — duties and import taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
